I was in another cab doing an errand for work when this one pulled up next to me. I love that you can see the scores on the tops of cabs now. Cleveland lost to Miami. But not by much.

Superbowl Sunday. We went to Rogers and Deanna's fabulous new pad on Bergen Street and feasted on taco dip, greasy pizza and lots of beer.

If you look closely, you can see the game in the background. Sean found Rogers' head massager. I guess that's all I need to say about it.

Considering it was 12 degrees, you'd wonder why New Yorkers would ADD snow to the scene. But they did. This is at Union Square. I took this shot when I was rushing to the subway station.

I learned on the news that evening that they were building an "Urban Snowboarding" slope. Starting on Thursday, February 8th, Union Square will be hosting it's first snowboarding competition. It's called Union Square Street Sessions. Boarders will compete for a $30,000 prize. The slope is a 40 x 20 ramp with a snow covering provided by Mountain Creek Resort in New Jersey.

Again, this is why we live in New York. Where else can you get a filet mignon at 4am, a bikini wax in the shape of a heart right in time for Valentine's Day, and enter a snowboarding competition across the park from Whole Foods?

This guy made us crazy while we were watching American Idol. Good crazy. He may have been one of our favorite audioners of the season.

His name is Brandon Reid. He is 28 and from New York. He did one of the best beat boxes I have ever heard.

Despite the fact that the new rule for inviting people to the Picture-A-Day party is that I had to take the picture of them in person, I may just have to find Brandon and invite him. I mean...come on.
